Displaying and Overlaying Time I-t Plots

In addition to peak I-t plots (I-t plots corresponding to the peak apex or at defined peak heights), Chromeleon can display the I-t plot corresponding to any selected time of the chromatogram.

Displaying a Time I-t Plot from a Chromatogram

  1. Select Tools>Spectra/I-t Plots Tool on the context menu or click the following icon on the Integration Toolbar:

The icon is appended to the mouse pointer, indicating that the mode was changed.

  1. Click anywhere on the chromatogram to display the corresponding I-t plot.

Overlaying Several Time I-t Plots

  1. Select the Spectra/I-t Plots Tool.

  2. Press and hold the SHIFT key and click multiple places on the chromatogram.

Comparing Time I-t Plots from Different Samples

  1. Overlay chromatograms of the desired samples in the Integration window (see Comparing Chromatograms Selecting the Samples and Channels).

  2. Select the Spectra/I-t Plots Tool.

  3. Press and hold the SHIFT key and click on the different chromatograms.
